| SE (Operation) and Director (Commercial) | Maximum of 8 equal installments for arrears amount upto RS. 3 million. |
| Executive Engineers (Operation) | Maximum for 6 equal monthly installments for arrears upto RS. 1 million. |
| Sub-Divisional Officers | Maximum of 4 equal monthly installments for arrears amount upto RS. 500000 (FOR GENERAL CONNECTION ONLY) |
| Revenue Officers | Maximum of 4 equal monthly installments for arrear amount upto RS. 500000 (FOR GENERAL CONNECTION ONLY) |
